PDCA is a systematic approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement, consisting of four key phases:

Plan: In this phase, you plan and define the problem, set specific objectives and goals, and develop a detailed plan to address the issue. Key activities include data collection, root cause analysis, and setting clear targets for improvement.
Do: In the "Do" phase, you implement the plan that you've developed in the previous step. This involves executing the proposed changes or improvements on a small scale to test their effectiveness. It's often referred to as the "trial" phase.
Check: In the "Check" phase, you assess and evaluate the results of the changes made during the "Do" phase. This involves measuring and analyzing data to determine whether the desired improvements have been achieved. If the results are positive, you can move on to the next step. If not, you may need to adjust your plan and try again.
Act: In the "Act" phase, based on the findings in the "Check" phase, you make decisions on what actions to take next. If the improvements were successful, you can standardize and implement them on a larger scale. If not, you revise your plan and make necessary adjustments before trying again.
